Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at Global Technology Solutions Ltd.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients in the UK.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Resolving customer incidents and requests in a timely and effective manner.
  • Communicating with customers to keep them informed of incident or request status and progress.
  • Evaluating and escalating complex technical issues to 2nd line support or resolver groups as necessary.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and updating the Incident Management system accordingly.
  • Staying up-to-date with current standard procedures and best practices in the field.
  • Pursuing ongoing professional development through client contact, industry research, and formalized training.
  • Collaborating with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives.
Key Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills in Hungarian and English.
  • Substantial customer service experience.
  • Efficient call handling and booking management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach to resolving incidents.
  • GCSE Level or equivalent education in Maths and English.
  • Desirable IT certification.
Benefits Package
  • A competitive hourly rate of £15, increasing to £17.46 after three months.
  • A flexible working schedule with 7.5 hours a day, between 06:00 and 18:00, with a maximum of two weekends per month.

Please note that the estimated salary range for this role is £30,000-£40,000 per annum, based on a 37.5 hour week and 52 weeks per year.
