Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Paraplanners/Advisers by preparing engagement letters, change of agency letters, client agreements, and gathering essential documents like provider application forms and client policy valuations.
  • Ensure the back-office software is consistently updated and provide up-to-date valuations and relevant information to advisers.
  • Manage adviser diaries, maintain client accounts, coordinate client communications, and handle filing and other administrative tasks.
  • Respond to phone and intercom inquiries, greet clients and visitors, and assist with meeting preparation.
  • Keep your knowledge and qualifications current to support both colleagues and clients effectively.
Ideal Candidate
  • Prior experience in financial services is essential, with a preference for candidates already studying with the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII).
  • A dedication to delivering quality service and attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal, written, and IT skills, with the ability to handle issues with diplomacy.
  • A collaborative attitude with a strong sense of teamwork.
  • Ability to plan, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
