About the Role

Your new company is a specialist healthcare provider based in the North West, offering a holistic approach to support vulnerable children and adults. As a key member of the facilities management team, you will play a crucial role in delivering facilities and estate-specific projects, ensuring they are completed cost-effectively and in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the senior estate and facilities professional on project work assigned, ensuring a clear and documented estate plan is in place.
  • Lead the implementation of estate plans to achieve the best possible outcomes for the people we support.
  • Develop and maintain a robust contract performance management framework for each project.
  • Ensure all project work is undertaken in accordance with applicable regulatory and statutory requirements.
  • Manage and coordinate Facilities/Estates staff and external contractors in the delivery of projects.
  • Contribute to the estates input regarding property acquisition and expansion of existing estates footprint.
  • Prepare business cases and feasibility studies for consideration by the Head of Estates and the Executive/Director team.
Requirements
  • Experience in Facilities Management/Estates Management.
  • Extensive project management experience.
  • UK driving licence.
  • Knowledge of building compliance and safety.
  • Health and safety knowledge in the build environment.
