We are seeking a qualified solicitor with experience in employment law and/or fitness to practice proceedings to join our dynamic legal team in Bedfordshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a diverse caseload while enjoying the flexibility of working in the office just one day a week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse caseload, combining regulatory defence work and employment law, while gaining exposure to clinical negligence and inquests matters.
• Play a key role in our legal team, supported by a skilled group of assistants and advisers, during an exciting phase of growth.
• Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and be a dedicated team player committed to contributing to the overall success of the organisation.
• Have the opportunity to work from the office one day a week, with the option to work remotely for the rest of the days.
