About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Garden Shop Supervisor to join our team at Leonardslee Lakes and Gardens. As a key member of our team, you will support the Store Manager in driving sales, managing daily operations, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Store Manager in overseeing store operations and staff
  • Drive sales targets and forecasts
  • Aid in inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention
  • Create a positive, engaging store environment
Requirements
  • Previous experience in retail, preferably in a supervisory role
  • Availability to work 40-45 hours a week
  • Early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and public holidays will be included in the rota
