Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Electro-Mechanical Equipment Specialist to join our team. As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the repair and servicing of electro-mechanical equipment, working from home and travelling to locations up to an hour away.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage service requests efficiently and effectively to ensure customers receive a prompt and professional service.
  • Process and complete service orders using a laptop.
  • Develop excellent customer relationships with managers.
  • Manage van stock and escalate any quality issues to the engineering and quality teams.
  • Maximise sales opportunities by providing excellent customer service and passing on leads to the sales team.

Requirements:

  • Experience of repair or servicing electro-mechanical equipment, reading diagrams and schematics.
  • Good standard of PC literacy and confidence with computer updates.
  • Experience of Networks/Networked products.
