About the Role

We're looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our team of Health Care Assistants. Whether experienced or new to care, our team at Colten Care would like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Work collaboratively with our nursing team to deliver exceptional care and promote a positive living environment.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management.
  • Support residents with their personal care needs, including toileting, feeding, and mobility.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
