About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Community Gardener Volunteer. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in maintaining our community garden, ensuring it remains a beautiful and thriving green space for everyone to enjoy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the garden's physical appearance, including weeding, pruning, and watering plants.
  • Assist with gardening tasks, such as planting, harvesting, and composting.
  • Help with garden events and activities, including workshops, tours, and educational programs.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve garden goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Passion for gardening and commitment to maintaining a beautiful and thriving garden.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical ability to perform gardening tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.
  • Availability to commit to regular volunteer hours, including weekends and holidays.
