Job Title: Agricultural Engineer Consultant

We are seeking a skilled Agricultural Engineer Consultant to join our team at Nova Talent Ltd. As a key member of our Engineering Team, you will be responsible for providing expert technical support and services to our clients in the agricultural industry.

About the Role:

  • Install, service, diagnose, and repair agricultural machines and crop sprayers.
  • Maintain and operate machinery and equipment safely and in accordance with company and manufacturer standards.
  • Document and record all works carried out, with administration completed in a timely manner.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and customers to ensure efficient service schedules and a cohesive working environment.
  • Plan daily work schedules with the team and customers to ensure effective time management.
  • Build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and suppliers.
  • Ensure all team members work safely and follow Health & Safety requirements and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Sound knowledge of agricultural machinery, plant, HGV, vehicle mechanics, or similar machinery.
  • Proven hands-on experience in servicing, repairs, and vehicle electrics.
  • Customer-centric approach with excellent communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Good practical knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems.
  • Experience with GPS and ISOBUS systems is an advantage.
