We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Employment Specialists Ltd. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for both candidates and clients.
This role offers a unique opportunity to focus on delivering exceptional service to candidates and clients without the pressure of strict KPIs or business development. As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be expected to lead by example, demonstrating resilience, speed, organisation, and a passion for helping others.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding successful candidates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.
- Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for critical roles within the insurance sector.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and insights, adapting recruitment strategies to suit changing market conditions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and the wider team to ensure recruitment goals are aligned.
- Provide regular updates on recruitment progress, candidate pipelines, and successful placements.
- Proven experience in internal recruitment, talent acquisition, recruitment consultancy, or within the insurance sector.
- Familiarity with the Insurance industry and related roles would be advantageous, but full training will be provided.
