Servers.com Graphic Designer Role

Within our Sales and Marketing team, we are seeking an imaginative Graphic Designer to play a crucial role in creating engaging visual content that reflects our brand values. As a Graphic Designer, your primary responsibility will be to conceptualize and develop innovative visual solutions for our website, events, content, social media, customer, and prospect engagement, as well as internal and external communications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop creative visual designs for both digital and print mediums, including websites, social media assets, event booths, brochures, advertisements, presentations, and storyboards.
  • Collaborate with marketing team members and other teams to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audiences.
  • Lead the design process, from ideation to final execution, ensuring adherence to established brand guidelines.
  • Stay updated on the latest design trends, techniques, and industry best practices.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and control results of their work through clear, transparent communication.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience (5+ years) working as a Graphic Designer, with a minimum of 2 years in a B2B technology or services enterprise-size company.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design software, such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Midjourney, and familiarity with other relevant design tools.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, demonstrating creativity, technical proficiency, and an understanding of design principles.
  • Solid understanding of branding and marketing concepts, with the ability to translate business goals and target audience insights into effective visual communication.

Additional Benefits:

  • An attractive salary range of £45,000-£55,000 (gross) per annum.
