About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to take on the challenge of running our pub in Cornwall. As a self-employed publican, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the business, including managing staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, and ensuring the pub remains a popular destination for locals and tourists alike.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the pub's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling costs
  • Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of staff
