About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Solicitor to join our Private Client Department as a Future Partner. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to take on a key role in our firm and contribute to our continued growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and execute wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents
  • Advise clients on probate, Court of Protection, and other private client law matters
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow our private client practice
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver exceptional client service and achieve business objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in private client law and regulations
Requirements
  • 5+ years of post-qualification experience in private client law
  • Strong technical knowledge and skills in private client law
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong business development and marketing skills
