We are seeking a highly skilled Children's Social Care Professional to join our team at the Peterborough Childrens Centre for Professional Excellence.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to the next generation of social work services in our area.
This is an exciting role that requires a strong understanding of child development and family dynamics. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Providing direct support to children and families through case management and counseling
- Developing and implementing individualized plans to promote healthy child development and family stability
- Collaborating with community partners to ensure access to necessary resources and services
A salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per annum is on offer, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
