About the Role:
- Develop strong relationships with young people, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
- Participate in regular reflective practice sessions to refine your skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive home environment.
- This role requires flexibility and adaptability, including day, evening, night, weekend, and bank holiday working.
- Excellent communication skills are essential for effective collaboration with parents and other professionals.
Skills & Experience:
- You should possess a Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare (England) or equivalent qualification.
