
Medical Events Planner

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Events Team as an Event Coordinator. The successful candidate will play a key role in planning and executing first aid services at major events across the UK. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading healthcare organization and contribute to the delivery of exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities and Requirements:
* Develop and manage detailed event plans, taking into account venue-specific requirements and logistical considerations* Lead on assigned events, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality patient care delivery* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements* Represent St John Ambulance at external meetings and safety advisory groups* Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously

A motivated and experienced operations professional with a passion for delivering exceptional results. You should have a strong understanding of operations planning and delivery, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. In addition, you should be able to work independently, think critically, and solve problems effectively.
