About the Role

The Senior Software Engineer is a key member of our Product and Engineering team, responsible for delivering high-quality software solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers. As a senior contributor, you will own the full life cycle of development, from design to deployment, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain well-architected services using Java and other technologies, adhering to best practices and conventions.
  • Participate in the design and planning of upcoming features, working closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with customer needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as UX and Product Management, to ensure a deep understanding of customer requirements.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products to provide exceptional customer support.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in software development using Java or equivalent programming languages.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to mentor junior team members.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a high-growth, evolving environment.
  • Passion for delivering high-quality solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
