About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and vigilant Lifeguard to join our team at Mytime Active. As a Lifeguard, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for our pool users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the safety of pool users by maintaining vigilant supervision and responding promptly to emergencies.
  • Administer first aid and effect pool rescues as necessary.
  • Deal with customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring their satisfaction and enjoyment.
  • Comply with health and safety procedures, carrying out regular inspections and reporting any maintenance issues.
  • Clean the pool area to the highest standards and prepare activity areas safely.
  • Conduct pool water quality and environmental tests, as well as spa tests if necessary.
Requirements
  • Ability to swim 50 metres in less than 60 seconds and 100 metres continuously on front and back in deep water.
  • National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) is desirable, but we can provide training and qualification for suitable candidates.
