About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Health Clinician to join our team at EDF. As an Occupational Health Clinician, you will play a crucial role in promoting employee well-being and providing comprehensive advice and guidance on statutory legislation affecting Occupational Health.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct Health Surveillance, including spirometry, audiology, skin assessment, hand arm vibration, and radiation worker medicals
  • Conduct Fitness for Work Medicals and wellbeing medicals
  • Conduct Drug and Alcohol testing
  • Provide advice on mental health issues, utilizing mental health indicator tools
  • Organize health promotion information and liaise with external organizations as necessary
  • Update and maintain accurate health records
  • Assist team members in monitoring compliance with statutory requirements and collating relevant data

Requirements

We are looking for an Occupational Health Clinician who is either an Occupational Health Technician, Nurse, or Advisor. The ideal candidate will have:

  • An OH qualification and a minimum of 3 years OH experience, ideally with some management experience (Occupational Health Advisor)
  • A Registered Nurse qualification with OH experience (Occupational Health Nurse)
  • OH experience, ideally with the SOM OHT qualification (Occupational Health Technician)
