Job Summary

The Client Support Assistant will play a key role in delivering exceptional client service, ensuring that client queries and requests are handled efficiently and effectively. This role will support the growth of our Banking and Direct Deposit business, focusing on providing a client-centric service that meets the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to client queries and requests
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve service delivery
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide informed support to clients
  • Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and service delivery
