Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Private Client Solicitor to join our team at Law Staff Legal Recruitment. As a Senior Private Client Solicitor, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of Private Client matters, including Wills, Probate, and Lasting Powers of Attorney.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of Private Client matters, including Wills, Probate, and Lasting Powers of Attorney
  • Provide outstanding client service and maintain excellent communication and inter-personal skills
  • Work confidently within a team and contribute to the growth and development of the firm
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in law and regulations and apply this knowledge to provide expert advice to clients

Requirements

  • 5+ years of PQE in Private Client law
  • Experience in managing a caseload of Private Client matters
  • Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
  • Ability to work confidently within a team and contribute to the growth and development of the firm
  • Flair for business development and a commitment to driving growth and revenue
