Our Service and People We Support
We are looking for a Support staff with British Sign Language qualification to join our team in our new step-down service based in the Walsall area of West Midlands. The service supports 14 residents in total.
The Role
This role includes support with day-to-day tasks in the home and in the community. You will assist our residents with morning routines, accompany them to activities, and help with shopping, cooking, or cleaning.
You will build strong and positive relationships with our residents, professionals, their families, and help each of them to find further independence and confidence throughout adulthood life. You will participate in fun activities, outdoor educational trips, and interactive hands-on activities.
