You'll take on end-to-end responsibility for bid management, supporting subject matter experts and writing compelling responses that help us score highly against evaluation criteria.

  • Project-manage bid responses, working with a diverse team of contributors to create high-quality content.
  • Author clear, persuasive, and compliant responses that meet our clients' needs.
  • Contribute your expertise to elevate our approach and support colleagues in upskilling on bid management.

We're looking for someone with recent experience in hybrid bid management/writing roles, managing and writing content for formal bids and proposals in the public and private sectors.

Requirements:

  1. Hybrid bid management/writing experience, with a strong background in writing and project management.
  2. Experience in the technology sector, particularly in delivering complex solutions.
  3. First-class writing skills, with the ability to craft clear, well-structured prose.
  4. Leadership experience, with a proven track record of managing large teams to success.

About the Role

This is a key position within our organisation, requiring a skilled professional who can drive results and lead by example.

Salary:** £60,000 - £80,000 per annum
