About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the management of our leisure facilities, including health and safety, customer service, and staff supervision. You will also contribute to the development and implementation of leisure programs and services that meet customer needs and expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Leisure Club Manager with day-to-day operations, including health and safety procedures and customer service initiatives.
- Assist with staff supervision, training, and development to ensure excellent customer service standards are met.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of leisure programs and services that meet customer needs and expectations.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a leisure or hospitality environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary: £36,500 per annum.
