Store Leadership Manager

This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career with Sainsbury's, one of the UK's leading retailers. As a Store Leadership Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and leading by example.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service and lead by example
- Welcome new processes and procedures, and support your colleagues as they get to grips with them
- Lead by example to ensure customers receive the best experience possible
Requirements:
- You will have a strong focus on collaboration, making the right decisions for colleagues and customers alike
- You will be confident in your ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers
- You will be self-driven and keen to learn new things, offering leadership support to the wider store team
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary (estimated £40,000 - £60,000 per annum)
- Discount card – 10% discount off shopping at Sainsbury's, Argos, Tu, and Habitat after four weeks, increasing to 15% at Sainsbury's every Friday and Saturday and 15% at Argos every payday
