Nurse Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Appoint Group's care home in Warrington, Cheshire. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
Job Summary:This is a part-time position, working 22 hours per week, with a mixed shift pattern. You will be responsible for delivering person-centered care to our residents, working closely with the care team to ensure their needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and mobility support.
- Conduct regular assessments and reviews to ensure residents' needs are met and care plans are updated accordingly.
- Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and safe environment, adhering to health and safety protocols.
- A competitive salary of £20.33 per hour.

- Registered General Nurse (RGN), Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN), or Registered Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD) qualification.
- Previous experience in a nursing home setting, preferably with elderly residents.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and colleagues.
