About this role:

  • Managing a small kitchen environment
  • Cooking and preparing all meals from scratch using high quality ingredients
  • Managing all areas of the kitchen including stock control and hygiene regulations

Requirements:

  • The successful candidate must have previous experience within a working kitchen environment
  • Demonstrable experience as a skilled Cook, ideally in a School or Nursery setting
  • Hold a Food Hygiene certificate as a minimum
  • Excellent culinary skills with attention to detail
  • Strong teamwork skills are essential
  • Ability to work on your own initiatives

A five-star food hygiene rated kitchen is an added advantage.
