About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor with at least 1 year's PQE to join our Godstone, Surrey office. The successful candidate will join a dynamic and busy team, dealing with high-quality residential conveyancing work, including high-value transactions and prime central London properties.
The role will involve a broad range of responsibilities, including client liaison, transaction management, document preparation, compliance and risk management, stakeholder communication, and case management.
Requirements
- At least 1 year's PQE as a Residential Property Solicitor
- Forward-thinking, entrepreneurial, and dynamic, with excellent communication skills
- Able to hold and develop new relationships with introducers
