This role involves taking on the responsibility of Client Director for a portfolio of clients, identifying their risk needs, and utilizing Aon's expertise to design and deliver profitable Scope of Service Agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client expectations and communicate progress effectively.
- Ensure delivery to the highest standard using best practice processes and conducting regular reviews with clients.
- Maintain client files in accordance with agreed procedures and keep records complete, accurate, and up-to-date.
- Assist the Client Management team in achieving the annual revenue target for clients in their location.
- Drive the highest level of service to each Client, within area of responsibility, in line with the agreed client service tools.
Requirements:
- FCII/ACII or equivalent preferred.
- Proven track record in developing relationships and working with senior individuals within the organisation.
- Working knowledge of Risk Management Concepts.
- Commercial understanding of business – market forces.
- Understanding the insurance market dynamics.
- Strong technical knowledge in all major and pecuniary classes.
- High level of knowledge of Aon products, services, and systems.
