Lead Software Engineer for Collaboration Tools

We're seeking an experienced Full-Stack Developer to join our Dev Tools team. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work on high-profile projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the growth of our company.
Job DescriptionAs a Full-Stack Developer, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our developer surfaces, including Typescript, React/Redux, and WebAssembly. You'll work closely with designers, product managers, and engineers to plan features, ensure quality, and meet performance standards.
Your primary focus will be on building strong personal connections with your teammates, shaping Figma's culture, and contributing to the success of our mission.
Salary & BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary package, with estimated earnings ranging from $120,000 to $180,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our benefits include comprehensive health insurance, flexible work arrangements, and professional development opportunities.

RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you'll need 5+ years of professional experience shipping user-facing features or products as a full-stack developer. Experience with C++ (or related languages) is an added plus, although not required.
You should possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and demonstrate a passion for innovation and problem-solving.
