Qualified Social Worker

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Social Care Professional to join our team, supporting the delivery of person-centered, safe, and effective social care services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments and make informed decisions regarding interventions using professional knowledge and experience.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with service users and other agencies to ensure services meet identified needs.
Requirements:
  • A qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England.
  • Experience working with children and families, including those from vulnerable groups.
  • A creative, flexible, and forward-thinking approach.
  • In-depth knowledge of Child Protection legislation and understanding of child protection issues.
  • Excellent mediation and negotiation skills on behalf of service users.
  • Highly skilled at building meaningful relationships with clients to engage them in assessments and plans.
  • Commitment to providing a high-quality service to service users.
  • Experience working in a multi-disciplinary, interagency basis.
About the Role:
  • Manage an agreed caseload.
  • Utilize specialist communication skills to achieve optimum outcomes for service users.
  • Develop individual care plans, taking account of diversity and promoting dignity and empowerment.
  • Offer advice and support to unqualified staff and students to assist their development.
Compensation and Benefits:

£39 per hour.
