About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Lodge Manager at Austen Lodge, Basingstoke. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

As a Lodge Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for residents, contractors, and internal stakeholders. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the lodge, including maintenance, health and safety, and administrative tasks.

You will have a passion for delivering excellent customer service, with a focus on providing a happy and fulfilling lifestyle for our residents. You will be an accomplished administrator, with experience of using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook.

We are looking for someone who is proactive, efficient, and able to work independently. You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to prioritize tasks effectively.
