We are seeking an experienced Consultant Adult Psychiatrist to join our team at Gloucestershire Health & Care NHS FT. As a key member of our Cheltenham and North Cots Recovery Team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality psychiatric care to our patients.
About the RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and experienced Consultant Adult Psychiatrist to join our team and contribute to the delivery of outstanding care. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide therapeutic practice, academia, and research opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality psychiatric care to patients, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
- Work collaboratively with the clinical team to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
- Contribute to the development of the team's clinical and educational programs.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the continuous improvement of our services.

RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need to have:
