Private Client Solicitor Opportunity

A well-established and thriving regional practice in Gloucester is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join their team. The firm has a great reputation and is a top regional firm.

The role will cover a mix of Private Client matters, including Wills, Trusts, Court of Protection, LPAs, and Probate. You will have the opportunity to work on a varied caseload and assist in the continued growth of the department and the firm's reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and execution of Wills, Trusts, and LPAs
  • Provide advice on Court of Protection matters
  • Work on Probate cases
  • Contribute to the development of the Private Client team

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years' experience as a Private Client Solicitor
  • Strong knowledge of Private Client law and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
