About the Role

Habinteg is seeking a skilled and dedicated Neighbourhood Coordinator to join our team in Norwich. As a key member of our housing services team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality services to our tenants in Norwich, Thetford, and Hoveton.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver housing services to tenants, including letting properties, conducting scheme inspections, and managing tenancy issues.
  • Work closely with tenant representatives and tenant groups to promote engagement and build strong relationships.
  • Collaborate with social services and occupational health services to ensure tenants can maintain their tenancies and live independently.
  • Manage reports of anti-social behaviour and work with tenants to resolve issues.
  • Meet stretching and ambitious targets, working closely with the Neighbourhood Manager to achieve success.

We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic individual with experience and knowledge of housing management in the social housing sector. You will be passionate about Habinteg's inclusive housing mission and committed to delivering exceptional services to our tenants.

Requirements

  • Experience in housing management, preferably in the social housing sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with tenants and colleagues.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in using housing management software.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A valid driving license and personal vehicle, with a willingness to travel frequently.
