Job Title: Production Team Lead

Job Summary: We are seeking a Production Team Lead to join our team at Eurofins UK Environment Testing. As a Production Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our production team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that workloads are processed within Phase 1 to meet timescales determined by customers and the business.
  • Maintain divisions internal TAT target(s).
  • Solving team problems and making decisions within the team to resolve issues.
  • Maintain laboratory equipment in line with safety certification and operating manuals.
  • Monitor and ensure quality control in compliance with laboratory quality systems.
  • Highlight key problems or successes for the team to the Divisional Team Leader.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience within a laboratory is not required, full training will be provided.
  • People Management skills.
  • Organisational skills.
  • Communication skills.
  • Problem solving.
