Community Connector Role

We are seeking a skilled Community Connector to join our team at EASYWEBRECRUITMENT. As a Community Connector, you will serve as the first point of contact for individuals visiting our sites, providing support and guidance to help them engage with our services and activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build relationships with community members and identify their interests and goals
  • Develop and deliver a program of activities and resident-led initiatives
  • Work closely with our advice services and open access services to ensure seamless support
  • Provide support to teams during periods of high demand or capacity gaps
Requirements:
  • Experience in community engagement, support work, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly across multiple sites and locations
  • Knowledge of local community resources and services
