Job Title: Gas Installation Team Leader

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Gas Installation Team Leader to join our team. As a Gas Installation Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of gas installation operatives and ensuring that all gas installation work is carried out to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of gas installation operatives and ensure that all gas installation work is carried out to the highest standards.
  • Plan and coordinate gas installation work to ensure that it is completed on time and within budget.
  • Ensure that all gas installation work is carried out in accordance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Monitor and control the quality of gas installation work and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure that gas installation operatives have the necessary skills and knowledge to carry out their duties effectively.
Requirements:
  • GCSEs or equivalent in English and maths.
  • City & Guilds or equivalent qualification in gas installation.
  • Proven experience of leading a team of gas installation operatives.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
