About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as an Education Support Specialist. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting autistic and neurodivergent children and young people to access highly personalized programmes of study in one of our specialist schools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support students in accessing educational programmes and activities
  • Work collaboratively with teaching staff to develop and implement individualized learning plans
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to students as needed
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive school environment
About You

We are looking for someone who is passionate about learning and is committed to making a positive difference in the lives of our students. You should be able to use your initiative, be friendly and approachable, and have good communication skills. While experience in an education setting is not essential, you should be willing to learn and adapt to our comprehensive induction, training, and mentoring programme.
