Job Description:As a Personal Care Specialist with beBee Professionals, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with daily personal tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and eating, as well as helping with medication administration and monitoring health-related conditions.
- Assist clients with daily personal tasks, ensuring their comfort and dignity are maintained at all times.
- Administer medications and monitor clients' health-related conditions, reporting any concerns to the relevant authorities.
To excel in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in caregiving, preferably in a similar setting.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
