Support Professional

We are seeking a Support Professional to provide personalised support to adults with a learning disability living at our supported living service in Barrow, Cumbria.
This role involves working with individuals to promote their independence, dignity, and well-being. As a Support Professional, you will be responsible for providing respectful personal care, supporting service users in maintaining the safety and comfort of their homes, and being responsive to their changing needs and preferences.
Our ideal candidate will have a can-do approach, acknowledging positive behaviour support to ensure all service users can enjoy the highest quality of life. You will also be willing to work flexibly according to the needs of the service, including days, nights, and weekends on a rota basis.
The salary for this role is estimated to be around £20,000-£25,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include a probationary bonus, pension contributions, 28 days leave, and company-paid enhanced DBS.
