MSK Therapist Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team at Bupa Health Clinics in Milton Keynes. As an MSK Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality musculoskeletal therapy services to our patients, working closely with other healthcare professionals to deliver a comprehensive and progressive approach to patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop effective treatment plans for patients with musculoskeletal conditions.
  • Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy interventions, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and education.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, APPs, and osteopaths, to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Participate in clinical governance and quality improvement initiatives to maintain high standards of care.
Requirements:
  • HCPC registration as a Physiotherapist.
  • Postgraduate experience in musculoskeletal medicine.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
