Overview
Newtons Recruitment is seeking a skilled Hospitality Management Coach to support the growth of hospitality professionals through expert coaching and qualification guidance. In this role, you will work with learners to achieve qualifications at level 4, receiving comprehensive induction and ongoing training to transition into the training sector.

A Day in the Life
* Manage and support a caseload of learners
* Deliver coaching sessions both in-person and online
* Conduct regular progress reviews with learners
* Collaborate with colleagues to drive success

About You
* Hold a level 3 Hospitality qualification
* Possess general management or head of house experience in the hospitality industry
* Have front-of-house experience
* Be a car driver
* Demonstrate interest or experience in training and coaching

Salary and Location
This role comes with a competitive salary of £31,500 + excellent benefits, based in Norwich with 2 days remote working per week.
