Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Anatomic Pathologist to join our team at Surrey Memorial Hospital. The successful candidate will provide general Surgical Pathology and Cytopathology services, working closely with a team of experienced pathologists.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate and timely diagnostic reports for Surgical Pathology and Cytopathology cases
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance departmental performance
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Anatomic Pathology and related subspecialties

Requirements:

  • Board certification in Anatomic Pathology or equivalent experience
  • Excellent general Surgical Anatomic Pathology skills
  • Fellowship training in Pulmonary Pathology or Head and Neck Pathology is highly desired
  • Fellowship training or equivalent experience in other subspecialties, particularly Genitourinary Pathology, Bone and Soft Tissue Pathology or Lymphoma Pathology, will also be an asset
