**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced Analog IC Layout Engineer to join our team at IC Resources. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality device-level layouts for analog blocks. Your expertise in Cadence tools and experience with custom layout design will be invaluable in supporting our design engineers and contributing to the development of our frequency control products and timing solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Design and implement device-level layouts for analog blocks
* Collaborate with design engineers on post-layout stimulation and floor planning
* Work with the team to optimize floor plans and ensure efficient design processes
* Utilize 180nm technology and stay up-to-date with industry developments

**Requirements**

* Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
* Experience with Cadence tools and custom layout design
* Degree-level qualification in electrical engineering or equivalent field
* Knowledge of verification techniques, including DRC and LVS
* Familiarity with PCells and scripting languages
