Postdoctoral Research Associate in Bayesian Modelling for Anti-Doping

We are seeking a highly skilled Postdoctoral Research Associate to join our team at The International Society for Bayesian Analysis. The successful candidate will work on developing Bayesian statistical methods for anti-doping with Professor Jim Griffin and Professor James Hopker.

Project Overview

The project aims to develop joint modelling of elite athlete performance and biomarkers using longitudinal random effects models. This research is funded by the World Anti-Doping Agency and involves leading international partners in anti-doping.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and apply Bayesian statistical methods for anti-doping research
  • Collaborate with Professor Jim Griffin and Professor James Hopker on the project
  • Contribute to the development of joint modelling of elite athlete performance and biomarkers
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have a strong background in Bayesian statistics and experience in developing statistical models for anti-doping research. You will also have excellent communication and collaboration skills.
