Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and intelligent individual to join our team as an Executive Search Consultant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering on a range of mandates across the globe, developing and maintaining relationships with key individuals in the market, and building subject matter expertise across our core buy side markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work directly alongside our Vice Presidents, Directors, and Managing Directors to deliver on mandates across the globe.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key individuals in the market.
  • Map out teams and build org charts across leading companies.
  • Proactively identify and engage senior level executives to generate candidates for clients.
  • Build subject matter expertise across our core buy side markets.
  • Collaborate closely with our global offices.

Requirements

  • Graduate (or recent grad) with a strong work ethic and intellect.
  • Team player with a competitive edge.
  • Resilient and patient individual with mental strength to overcome failure.
  • Natural curiosity and desire to learn about financial markets.
  • Great sense of humor and strong social skills.
  • Maturity to deal with senior executives at leading investment firms.
