About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Brand Content Strategist to join our brand marketing team at TalkTalk. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with our brand's tone of voice and messaging.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and own the brand's tone of voice and messaging across all channels
  • Collaborate with the UX team to create engaging and accessible content for online sales journeys
  • Work closely with the SEO team to ensure content is optimized for search engines
  • Support the web and UX/UI teams with copy and content requirements
  • Develop and implement a BAU content strategy based on regular estate audits
  • Test content using in-house researchers to ensure effectiveness

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in content marketing, preferably in a tech environment
  • Experience working with UX designers, researchers, and product owners to deliver consistent, engaging, and accessible content
  • Proficient in SEO copywriting and content optimization
  • Excellent written, verbal, and oral communication skills
  • Proactive approach to content management and a keen eye for detail and accuracy
  • Proven experience of agile working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills

Desirable Skills

  • Proficient in updating content within a CMS
  • Experience in the telecoms industry
