New Pathways is a leading charity providing specialist support to survivors of sexual violence in Wales. As a Community Engagement ISVA, you will play a critical role in supporting survivors from diverse communities and minoritized groups.

The role involves identifying barriers to accessing the ISVA service and finding innovative solutions to overcome them. You will work closely with clients, police, and other agencies to provide face-to-face and telephone support, carry out ongoing risk and needs assessments, and advocate for special measures.

Responsibilities

To succeed in this role, you will need good knowledge and understanding of SARC services, experience of client support work, and strong communication skills. You should also be familiar with conducting needs assessments and risk assessments, as well as safeguarding procedures.

Salary: around £32,000 per annum
