About the Role

Rikama Education Ltd. is partnering with a special school in Tunbridge Wells to find a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support students with a range of individual needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support students across Primary and Secondary ages with PMLD, mental health, ASD, and challenging behavior.
  • Provide individual or small-group support as needed.
  • Develop excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, teachers, and staff.
  • Be flexible and able to provide personal care on occasion.
